Imagine a desert – unbearably hot, barren, and soul-less. Not a single human being in sight.
Now… imagine a store, a very nice store, YOUR very nice store. And imagine it sitting there in the middle of that desert.
What good is that store if no one is ever to find it and visits? EVER?
The same thing applies to a website. No matter how nice looking it may be, it does absolutely NOTHING for your business if you can’t get people to come and visit.
And yet, this is most small business owner’s mentality – “I’ll just build a really nice looking website and people will automatically show up, like magic!”
And without giving any thought to HOW they are going to get people to show up, their websites end up resembling that nice store, in the middle of nowhere, without so much as an ant ever setting foot inside.
What you need to do is figure out how to position your website so it gets tons of exposure and loads of visitors.
And one of our favorite ways has to do with “Search Engine Optimization (SEO)”, which is essentially positioning your website so it shows up in the prime #1 spot on Google search result when folks search for you, your products, and/or your services.
Think of that #1 spot as the PRIME location at the busiest New York City street corner where all the hustling and bustling happens.
And where most website’s actual “spot” is on the search engines? They are just like that barren desert.
Other methods we use to bring your website traffic also include what’s called, “pay per click (PPC)” and also “social media”.
Here’s a quick comparison of these three different traffic methods:
| Social Media | PPC | SEO | |

| Targeted Traffic | x | x | |
| Free Traffic | x | x | |
| Long Term | x | x | |
